This program focuses on the Emotional Intelligent Leader and is all about you! In order to show up for others and lead at an organizational level, you need to tab in to your authentic leadership style.

Offered as an interactive leadership cohort series each leader will complete a 360-feedback assessment that focuses on their EQ intelligence. Through a combination of personalized coaching and interactive peer support sessions, participants will:

• Increase their understanding of their unique skills and values

• Leverage team member perspectives to increase influence and create connectedness

• Create positivity and clarity to help tackle your goals with vigor

This program is recommended for groups of maximum 12 leaders and can be offered both in-person or virtually.

Each participant will receive a free copy of the Poetry at the Heart of Business Book and Notebook.

This program focuses on Connected Teams and provides a series of immersive experiences for teams as they go from working side by side to working together.

As teams collectively learn what makes teams work, in-depth discussions and energetic exercises will take this learning to the next level. Participants will:

• Understand the 5 dysfunctions of a team and how to address them

• Increase self-knowledge and understanding of others in what is needed to become a team

• Develop competencies for relationship building

This program can be tailored to newly formed or established teams. The recommended team size is maximum 12 members and can be offered both in-person and virtually.

This program focuses on Change Effectiveness and makes proven change management principles come to live through storytelling.

Take a full day journey through the change continuum as you learn about a small village’s courage and ingenuity as they face a life challenging situation.

Through an interactive experience participants will:

• Learn about the underlying principles of effectively change management

• Be able to identify and remove barriers for change adoption

• Develop practical skills as they become change agents

• Create an actionable roadmap to help navigate through complex change

This program is recommended for groups of maximum 25 individuals, either leadership teams or in-tact work teams. This program is currently only offered in person.
